Welcome to Disy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Disy platform, mobile application, and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Disy platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Service Description

Disy provides a PG (Paying Guest) management platform that includes:

• Tenant management and onboarding tools
• Automated billing and rent collection features
• Expense tracking and financial reporting
• Communication tools between property owners and tenants
• Multi-property management dashboard
• Maintenance request management

5. Free Service

Disy is currently offered as a free service with all features included. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or premium features in the future. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance, and existing free users will be given reasonable notice.

6. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Not upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not collect or harvest other users' data without consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to design, logos, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Disy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant Disy a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide reasonable notice whenever possible for planned maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Disy is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service (if any)
• We are not responsible for any loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Disy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings.
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
• We will retain your data for 90 days after termination to allow data export.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh, India.
